We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund for a program or assignment you have purchased from us. 

We want to make this process as transparent and straightforward as possible.

1. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

 a) Program or Assignment Completion:  You must not have attended more than 25% of the duration of the course and applied for a refund immediately within / at this point of time. We believe this is a reasonable time-frame for someone to assess if the course is relevant or appropriate for them. This balances the need for providing genuine refunds vs. checks in place to avoid non legitimate ones.

b)  Proof of Non-Completion: You will need to provide proof of having applied for refund before completing more than 25% of the course / course duration as well as purchase receipts and other details which should match with details entered when ordering.

c)  Non Eligible Courses:  Heavily discounted courses, special promotions or courses under Rs. 1000/- are not eligible for refund. 

d) Freebies / Complimentary Items:  Any freebies where access has been provided as part of the course and controlled by us or which we’ve purchased for use by our learners will cease be available and any pro-rated usage charges will be deducted from the Refund amount. This excludes third party software which are anyways free.  Further ,  the user shall have no rights to use any course material even if available in his/her person, for a course on which refund has been provided. 

2. How to Request a Refund:  To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a) Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at contactus@bestnewestlatest.com . Please provide your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.  In the subject line , add the text : “Refund Request – Course Name – Order Number” replacing Course Name and Order Number with actuals.

b) Review Process: Our customer support team will review your request which can take up-to 10 business days and may reach out to you for additional information or clarification if necessary.

c) Refund Approval: If your request meets the eligibility criteria, and it is approved, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that the following items are non-refundable: Digital products and downloadable resources. Services that have been fully rendered. Services delivered outside the 7-day refund window.
